Job Profile

1) Oversee Pre sales Operations.
2) Oversee Post Sales Operations.
3) WI Creating & revision
4)Supplement the efforts of team colleagues .
5)Commercial - ADCS, all dues, product pricing, commission approval.
6)Sales & Marketing material coordination
7)Support sales team .
8)Training material preparation & induction of new joinee.
9)Company image building.
10)Marketing Campaign.

Job Requirements:

1) min 15 years in back office with atleast 4 years in a senior position in an engineering company (trading or manufacturing) with atleast 5 persons reporting to him/her in the present job.
2) Well versed with sales & post sales process
3) Must have experience to delegate & supervise work quality - efficiency
4) Able to take the responsibility & work load
5) Able to maintain accountability of the team, be a guide as well.
6) Fluent in communications, multilingual
