work culture. Identifying positions that require new hirings. Drafting and developing job descriptions. Coordinating the creation of hiring posts and dissemination of the information across instagram, etc. Coordinating hiring outreach. Facilitating online and/or in-person interviews. Maintaining an employee database of all documentation including offer letters, employment agreements, personal documentation, growth review reports, among others. Facilitating regular weekly team meetings and team-building activities. Executing 360-degree growth reviews for all team members. Drafting and amending company-wide policies including (but not limited to) the annual leave policy, the POSH policy, among others. Acquainting team members with the details of the policies. Nurturing a positive, diverse and inclusive work environment. Addressing and resolving employee grievances. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience working in human resources. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to problem solve and be solution-oriented Ability to empathise with the needs of team members while also exercising discernment and assertiveness. Adept at coordinating cross-functional team communication.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
