ABOUT THE JOB

Role: Associate Director- Public Policy

Reports to: Director- Public Policy

Location: Gurgaon.


Here’s what you will do -

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including key government officials at central, state, and local levels, industry experts etc.
  • Foster collaborations with industry associations, think tanks, and other relevant organizations.
  • Implement public affairs initiatives to enhance Zupee's brand image and reputation among government officials and the general public.
  • Represent the organization in relevant industry forums, conferences, and working groups to build strategic alliances with industry stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability and experience of building partnerships and driving programmatic initiatives with the government and non-government organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level government officials and policymakers.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian political landscape, including key players and decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully influencing policy outcomes through advocacy and negotiation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • 10+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or a similar role within the technology or gaming industry.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Specific experience in engaging with regulatory bodies relevant to the online gaming sector.
  • Deep understanding of the online gaming industry and its regulatory landscape.
