Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, proposal development, and collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to expand the company's reach. The manager will also play a strategic role in contract negotiations and will ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and support.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales experience
  • Market Research, Lead Generation, and Proposal Development skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in e learning, training, and skill development sector is a plus
