Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

Qualifications

  • Experience required: 2+ years in core IT Sales
  • Business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prepare business proposals and sales forecasts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the software or technology industry is a plus
