Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies to drive business growth. This role involves conducting market research, evaluating business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business plans to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
  • Experience in market research and evaluating business opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
