We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at our property, including banquet services, ODC (Outdoor Catering), and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven background in hotel management, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth functioning across all service areas.
- Take complete responsibility for F&B sales, including planning and executing strategies, promotions, and revenue generation — working independently.
- Handle end-to-end planning and execution of banquet functions, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service.
- Manage and execute ODC (Outdoor Catering) events, including setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction.
- Supervise inventory control, cost management, budgeting, and stock planning.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Apply strong hotel management knowledge to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role.
- Proven experience in banquet operations and ODC catering.
- Strong exposure to hotel management systems and operations.
- Sales-focused mindset with ability to plan and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Based in or around Bangalore/Whitefield.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
