MainResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute sales and marketing strategies to meet companyobjectives.
  • Analyze market trendsand competitor activities to identify opportunities andchallenges.
  • Engage with customersthrough various channels (e.g. social media direct mail facetoface)to promote products andservices.
  • Organize and attendmarketing activities or events to raise brandawareness.
  • Prepare detailed reportson sales performance marketing outcomes and new businessprospects.
  • Collaborate with otherteams (e.g. product development customer service) to enhancebusiness growth and customersatisfaction.
  • Manage marketingbudgets and ensure all marketing activities arecosteffective.
  • Design and producemarketing materials and ensure brand consistency across allcommunications.
  • Maintain positiverelationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure longtermbusinessgrowth.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in a salesand marketing role preferably in a similarindustry.
  • Strong understanding ofcurrent marketing techniques and bestpractices.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverseclientele and team members.
  • Stronganalytical skills to interpret market data and salesmetrics.
  • Creative thinking andproblemsolving abilities to develop effective marketing strategiesand resolve issues.
  • Proficiency inusing digital marketing tools and social media platforms forbusiness promotion.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team to achieve businessgoals.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet companyobjectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities toidentify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customersthrough various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail,face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attendmarketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Preparedetailed reports on sales performance, marketing outcomes, and newbusiness prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., productdevelopment, customer service) to enhance business growth andcustomer satisfaction.
