We arecurrently seeking both freshers and experienced individuals to joinour marketing team as Marketing Executives in Trichy. The MarketingExecutive will play a crucial role in promoting ourproducts/services enhancing brand awareness and driving customerengagement. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Assistin Developing MarketingStrategies:

  • Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketingstrategies aligned with businessobjectives.
  • Assistin identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns toreachthem.

  1. ExecuteMarketingCampaigns:

  • Implementmarketing campaigns across various channels including social mediaplatforms (such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn) emailmarketing print media and participation in events orexhibitions.
  • Monitorand analyze the performance of campaigns providing insights andrecommendations forimprovement.

  1. ContentCreation:

  • Createcompelling and engaging content for various marketing materialsincluding but not limited to brochures flyers advertisementswebsite content and social mediaposts.
  • Ensureconsistency in messaging and branding across all communicationchannels.

  1. MarketResearch:

  • Conductthorough market research to identify trends competitor activitiesand customerpreferences.
  • Utilizemarket insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt campaignsaccordingly.

  1. CustomerRelationshipManagement:

  • Buildand maintain relationships with existing and potential customersthrough effective communication and engagementinitiatives.
  • Addresscustomer inquiries feedback and complaints in a timely andprofessionalmanner.

  1. CollaborationandCoordination:

  • Liaisewith internal teams such as sales product development and design tocoordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment with overallbusinessobjectives.
  • Collaboratewith external agencies or partners as needed for specializedmarketinginitiatives.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or arelatedfield.
  • 0 to2 years of experience in marketing or a related role. Freshgraduates with relevant internships or course work are encouragedtoapply.

Responsibilities: Assist in Developing Marketing Strategies:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensivemarketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Assist inidentifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns toreach them. Execute Marketing Campaigns: Implement marketingcampaigns across various channels, including social media platforms(such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email marketing,print media, and participation in events or exhibitions. Monitorand analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights andrecommendations for improvement. Content Creation: Createcompelling and engaging content for various marketing materials,including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements,website content, and social media posts. Ensure consistency inmessaging and branding across all communication channels. MarketResearch: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends,competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize marketinsights to inform marketing strategies and adapt campaignsaccordingly. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintainrelationships with existing and potential customers througheffective communication and engagement initiatives. Addresscustomer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely andprofessional manner. Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise withinternal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, tocoordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment with overallbusiness objectives. Collaborate with external agencies or partnersas needed for specialized marketing initiatives.
