The Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM)- West - Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts in the assigned region. This role will require a deep understanding of the Modern Trade channel, Team Management, Data Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned modern trade accounts.
- Manage and grow existing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities within Modern Trade accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Negotiate TOTs, plan JBPs along with other inputs to drive business in Regional accounts of West.
- Manage SAMT channel with a strong GTM presence in top towns.
- Market Execution:
- Develop and implement instore marketing strategies to support sell-out.
- Manage national accounts with a regional flavour- by identifying the chain nuances, competition, communication fit for your region.
- Collaborate with modern trade customers on category management initiatives to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Team Management and collaboration:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Recruit and develop talent within the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
