Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales through a combination of coaching, training, field sales support, and business development activities. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal sales teams and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve premium targets and branch activation targets
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance and productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders to drive business growth
- Monitor and review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and operate cost-effective reward and remuneration structures for sales personnel
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
