Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jira Admin SME at Innova ESI in Gurugram. The Jira Admin SME will be responsible for managing and administering the Jira platform, including user management, workflows, configurations, and integrations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement Jira solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
- Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA
- Design and support custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
- Assist in gathering requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/plug-ins setup and workflows, identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests
- Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes
- Support, compile and troubleshoot Atlassian tools
- Work with stakeholders on customizing JIRA workflow
- Coordinate with primary JIRA Administrator to plan, schedule, implement, and communicate JIRA & plug-in upgrades in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
- Provide technical assistance and training in using JIRA and other tools as identified
- Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA
- Design and support custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
- Train staff on JIRA/Confluence and navigating our projects and spaces
- Upgrade JIRA within the required environments
- Provide technical assistance and training in using JIRA and other tools as identified
- Training JIRA Project Team Support resources
- Create JIRA training and support documentation
- Perform JIRA demonstrations to client project teams
- Quality check and test user requested data uploads into JIRA
