We're scaling fast across D2C and marketplaces, and we're looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who can take complete ownership of growth - from Meta to Amazon, Google, and Nykaa.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll handle
performance marketing end-to-end
. From planning to execution, analysis to optimization - you'll be responsible for building, running, and scaling paid campaigns across all platforms, ensuring Mayskin achieves strong ROI and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention).
  • Test creatives, audiences, formats, and offers systematically.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to build performance-driven ad assets.

Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search + Performance Max).
  • Drive discovery and branded search campaigns.
  • Optimize for conversions, CAC, and profitability.

Amazon Advertising

  • Run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns.
  • Keyword research, harvesting, and optimization (ACOS, TACOS).
  • Optimize PDPs, A+ content, and coordinate with marketplace team for visibility.

Nykaa Marketing

  • Manage Nykaa Ads, visibility campaigns, and placements.
  • Track spend vs sales, optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Explore cross-platform strategies with Nykaa promotions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards (CAC, ROAS, ACOS, LTV).
  • Align performance marketing metrics with revenue and profitability goals.
  • Continuously identify growth levers and share actionable insights.

Growth Strategy

  • Build and execute a structured testing roadmap.
  • Explore new ad platforms and emerging growth channels.
  • Support founder with competitor benchmarks and performance projections.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with
    D2C / consumer brands
    .
  • Proven track record of handling
    Meta, Google, Amazon, and Nykaa campaigns end-to-end
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in
    Excel/Sheets, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Nykaa Partner Portal
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    CAC, ROAS, LTV, ACOS, attribution
    .
  • Ability to own budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver profitable growth.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with creative/content teams for ad assets.
  • Startup-ready mindset: ownership, agility, and comfort with wearing multiple hats.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    skincare/beauty/FMCG
    brands.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Klaviyo, Interakt, or CRM flows
    (for retargeting/retention).
  • Exposure to influencer-led performance and affiliate marketing.
  • Comfort with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Prior experience managing big
    ad budgets
    and scaling campaigns profitably.
