Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate all digital marketing initiatives at Osumare Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective task assignment, and maintaining a high standard of campaign delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and monitor internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Communication:
  • Attend project onboarding calls with the sales team to understand client requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the initial phase of project onboarding and setup.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage internal projects to ensure they are executed on time and meet client objectives.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Team Management & Task Assignment:
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to internal teams, including web development, branding, and digital marketing teams.
  • Monitor the progress of daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall project goals.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to team members to maintain high productivity and quality.
  • Campaign Oversight & Result Delivery:
  • Ensure that each campaign and client project delivers the desired results in terms of KPIs and client expectations.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Reporting & Client Presentation:
  • Prepare comprehensive, regular reports on the progress and results of digital marketing activities for each client.
  • Present reports to clients in a clear and timely manner, highlighting key successes, insights, and next steps.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including project management and team leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ).
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Ads Certification) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
