Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ramco Systems. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a full and organized pipeline.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in customer support solutions and tailor presentations/demos to meet clients' unique needs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects/customers for long-term success and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing/product teams to provide feedback on customer needs, challenges, and product improvements.
- Additional Responsibilities: Be willing to take on extra tasks as needed, such as developing lead conversion strategies, preparing sales pitches, videos, and other business development efforts.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Achieve significant growth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) starting from a low base.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
- 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in selling customer support products, SaaS, or related technology solutions.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
