Role Overview We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in our company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities ● Qualify leads according to our ideal customer profile ● Schedule demos for Account Executives ● Maintain accurate records in our CRM system ● Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities ● Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and industry trends ● Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal ● Strong research and organizational abilities ● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving ● Experience with CRM software (Zoho) preferred ● Tech-savvy with interest in SaaS and AI technologies (preferred) ● Resilient and adaptable to feedback What We Offer ● 6LPA plus uncapped commission structure ● Professional development opportunities and clear path to promotion ● Collaborative, high-energy work environment ● Employee stock options Location Chennai, India (In-office position) Timing US timing (6 PM to 3 AM) BookingBee.ai is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates regardless of background.
