Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in our lead generation program. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in pre-qualifying leads by calling/emailing prospects, reaching out to them via LinkedIn and establishing a connection, scheduling an appointment for our Pre-Sales team, and adhering to all SDR protocols stipulated by the company.

This role combines proactive outreach, strategic engagement, and relationship building. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to craft messages that resonate, convert prospects into clients, and ultimately drive our growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and strategic market analysis.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
  • C customer Engagement: Follow up with potential customers, nurture leads through the sales process, and build lasting relationships.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed sales records, monitor sales progress, and report on activity and achievements.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and sales materials.
Requirements:
  • A driven sales professional with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Skilled in communication, able to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business management.
  • 4+ years of experience in online sales preferably for SaaS companies.
  • Selling AI solutions or products is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Individuals ready to work in US shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
