We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and expand our travel division, under Multicon Group. This role is a Sales & Business Development (BD) profile, requiring strong industry knowledge, vendor management skills, and revenue-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in ticketing, hotel bookings, package tours, and travel-related services, with a proven ability to drive sales, acquire new clients, and optimize operations.

  1. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate and retail clients for travel services.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  3. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, establish partnerships with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.
  4. Cross-sell and upsell travel-related services, including visa assistance, forex, and insurance.
  5. Build long-term client relationships by providing tailored travel solutions and excellent service.
  6. Manage airline ticketing (domestic & international) and ensure best fare optimization.
  7. Handle hotel bookings, car rentals, and customized travel package planning.
  8. Ensure seamless coordination with clients and vendors for visa processing, forex assistance, and insurance services.
  9. Maintain high service standards by addressing client requirements efficiently.
    10.Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel service providers.
    11.Work closely with the forex division (Multimoney) to provide integrated travel & forex solutions.
    12.Optimize travel planning and budgeting to maximize profitability.
    13.Maintain MIS reports for bookings, revenue tracking, and payment reconciliations.
    14.Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa norms, and company policies.
