
Corporate Travel Sales Executive

**Company**: UTS Travels, Sharjah
**Location**: Sharjah, UAE
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 days a week, 1 day off)
**Salary**: INR 18,000 (basic) + Commission (upon achieving targets)
**Job Description:Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reservations & Ticketing**:
- Handle flight, hotel, and transfer bookings for corporate clients.
- Issue tickets, process amendments, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations and provide the best available options.
- **Corporate Travel Management**:
- Manage corporate travel accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and transport providers for competitive rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat business.
- **Lead Generation & Sales**:
- Follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing client concerns promptly.
- Assist with visa processing, travel insurance, and other related services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Stay updated on airline policies, travel trends, and industry updates.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in travel reservations, ticketing, and corporate travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
