Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Experience : 0-10 years
Location: Navi Mumbai, India (In-office position)

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential buyers through various channels, including
networking events, referrals, online platforms, and marketing strategies.
● Identify and engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients to generate
leads.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients,
understanding their unique needs and preferences.
● Provide personalized solutions that align with the client’s lifestyle and investment goals.
● Property Showcasing: Conduct property tours and effectively showcase layout plans, features,
and benefits of our luxury residential projects.
● Communicate property value propositions and rates clearly and persuasively to potential buyers.
● Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients throughout the negotiation process, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
● Guide clients in understanding terms and conditions, addressing concerns, and facilitating a
smooth sales process.
● Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor projects in the surrounding area.
● Provide accurate and relevant information to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions.
● Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
● Offer post-sale support when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
● Sales Targets: Set, meet, and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the
company.
● Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● 0 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates from the real estate sector.
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as the role involves interacting with premium clientele.
● Proven track record in lead generation and sales in the real estate industry.
● Proficiency in data management, including data entry in ERP software.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Self-motivated and driven to excel in a target-driven environment.
Note: Compensation (CTC) is subject to experience and qualifications.
