ABOUT THE ROLE
*The Head of Customer Success is responsible for leading the company's efforts in both revenue management and customer relationship management.
*The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the collections process and strengthening and maintaining positive relationships with the company's customers.
*The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of collections, credit management, and customer relationship management, as well as a proven track record of success in leading teams in these areas.
*Developing and implementing collection policies and procedures that are consistent with company policies and regulations.
*Overseeing a team of collection specialists and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
*Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the collection team, and taking action to improve results as necessary.
*Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that collections are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
*Analyzing customer payment patterns and trends, and making recommendations to improve the collection process.
*Ensuring that all collections activities comply with laws and regulations, and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
*Maintaining accurate records of all collections activities and transactions, and producing regular reports for management and other stakeholders.
*Develop and implement effective collections and customer relationship strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize return on investment while also maintaining strong customer relationships.
*Negotiate payment arrangements with clients and maintain effective communication to resolve disputes and issues in a timely manner.
*Monitor and analyze collections, credit, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
*Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Design and Operations, to resolve collections-related issues and improve the customer experience.
*Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in collections, credit management, and customer relationship management.
Provide regular reports and updates the management on the status of collections and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience : 15-18 years
Education : MBA
Work Location : Mumbai
Industry : Real-Estate/Interior Design (Preferred) customer relationship processes Strong understanding of collections, credit, and customer relationship management best practices and regulations Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decision
