Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher)
to support our performance marketing team, specifically focused on the
Cost Per Sale (CPS)
affiliate model. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates to kickstart their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in the affiliate marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program.
  • Support in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and influencers.
  • Coordinate with affiliates to share creatives, tracking links, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and ensure accurate CPS tracking using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, PartnerStack).
  • Prepare basic reports on affiliate traffic, conversions, and revenue using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Respond to affiliate queries and provide timely support.
  • Ensure affiliates follow company branding and compliance guidelines.
  • Stay updated with basic affiliate marketing concepts and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field (or pursuing final year).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
  • Basic understanding of online sales funnels and performance marketing concepts.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship or coursework in digital marketing, SEO, or social media.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or lead generation concepts.
