Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and tracking sales performance. The specialist will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in event management or related industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
