Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing customer service, training sales personnel, and overseeing sales management. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
