Enterprise Sales Lead/Executive
to drive QpiAI quantum software products and solution sales to global enterprise customers. You will be responsible for lead servicing, negotiations, sales closure, executing contracts, and ensuring successful product and solution delivery. of enterprise solutions. Your goal is to deliver measurable revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle and building strong client relationships.This position is a highly technical sales support role that will ensure successful GTM execution for the QpiAI quantum software products portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:Sell QpiAI products to deliver scalable and secular revenue growth.Pitch products aligning with client needs and compliance standards.Present advanced technology solutions to enterprise stakeholders.Tailor product/solution proposals for client-specific CXOs and stakeholders.Strategize account growth through needs discovery and product alignment.Drive commercial relationships with clients and partners.Close MSA or product licensing/sales negotiations/agreements with pre-qualified leads.Identify, engage, and qualify leads with systematic processes.Maintain sales pipelines/forecasts and opportunity funnels with data-driven analytics.Ensure monitoring and observability through CRM tools.Up-sell and cross-sell with value-based propositions for specific client needs.Provide reports on sales performance, deal progress, and market trends.Work with clients, partners, and SIs to ensure holistic product delivery.
Skills:Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and managing enterprise accounts.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.Understanding of sales processes, contract negotiations, and enterprise processes.Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in clear, compelling terms.Ability to communicate with scientific and business stakeholders in logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, data centers, financial services, sustainability, energy, power, urban mobility, smart city, and other sectors.
Qualifications:MBA/PGDM in Sales or equivalent.10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.Deep technical understanding of SaaS, AI, ML, Quantum, HPC, and Cloud technologies.
