: Sales Manager (Luxury Sarees & Textiles)

Location
: Gurugram (with travel as required)

Type
: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard 
    boutiques, showrooms, and export partners
     in India and overseas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 
    NRI clients, collectors, designers, and high-net-worth individuals
    .
  • Drive 
    B2B bulk orders
     and 
    repeat sales
     through consistent follow-up.
  • Represent the brand in 
    exhibitions, trunk shows, and pop-ups
    .
  • Share client feedback and market trends to guide product development.
  • Maintain sales reports, targets, and client databases.

Desired Profile

  • 3–5 years' experience in 
    fashion/luxury/handloom/textile sales
    .
  • Strong 
    network
     in boutiques, showrooms, or with NRI buyers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about Indian textiles, handlooms, and luxury products.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary
    : ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month (depending on experience).
  • Incentive/Commission
    : 3–5% on all sales generated.
  • High performers
     can grow into senior roles (Head of Sales, Export Manager).
