Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
in Bangalore to drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and achieve sales targets for our specialized training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and convert prospects into clients.
  • Counsel prospective students about program benefits.
  • Manage and build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain leads and sales activities in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Pharma, Life Sciences preferred).
  • 0–6 years of inside sales experience (EdTech preferred).
  • Fluency in at least one South Indian language.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
