Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Client-Focused Solutions: Regularly interact with clients, providing insights, updates, and recommendations tailored to their business goals.
  • AI-Powered Analytics: Leverage AI tools to analyze campaign data, optimizing for better performance and targeting.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Weboin’s strategies are cutting-edge.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and continuous learning.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on ROI and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
