Job Description:


Website Management

Oversee the management and maintenance of the company website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Implement website redesigns and updates to improve site speed, usability, and engagement.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies (Backlinks creation, keyword ranking, overall, SEO score improvement, etc., ) to increase organic search traffic.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.


Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Identify and execute the most effective campaigns tailored to geographical factors and target audience characteristics to ensure success.

Manage PPC campaigns, optimizing ad spend to achieve a high return on investment (ROI).


Analytics and Reporting

Analyze campaign performance and website data to generate actionable insights and regular reports.

Utilize A/B testing to optimize landing pages and ad creatives, resulting in increased conversion rates.


Collaboration with Agency:

Work closely with our marketing agency to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and performance goals.

Coordinate tasks and provide feedback to ensure the agency’s efforts align with company objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of B2B experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of increasing website traffic and improving search engine rankings.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or SEO is a plus.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
