Position Overview:


We are currently looking for a dynamic Head of Digital/Performance Marketing with 14+ years of experience to join our team. This role will report to the Head of Global Marketing and offers a chance to make a significant impact in the world of marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of both Inbound and Outbound campaigns.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various digital marketing tactics, consistently delivering campaigns that yield exceptional results.
  • Play a pivotal role in building a global demand generation pipeline, focusing on targeting some of the largest enterprises worldwide.
  • Apply a data-driven approach while also bringing creativity to the table, driving experiments and innovative solutions.
  • Have a hands-on problem-solving approach and be comfortable building initiatives from the ground up.
  • Manage mid to large multi-functional teams, including demand generation, digital (paid and organic), event marketing, content marketing, design, and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate closely with our campaigns team and various stakeholders to ensure outcome-driven campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Track record of successful campaign execution and delivering results.
  • Data-driven mindset with a flair for creative thinking.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
