Being a Performance Marketing Manager at Webboombaa, you will have a crucial role in formulating and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for our clients. Harnessing your expertise in performance marketing channels and analytics, you will drive tangible results and ROI across different digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their aims, forge personalized strategies, and continuously enhance campaigns to bring about exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy and Planning:

  • Interact with clients to comprehend their business objectives, target audience, and competitive environment.
  • Create tailored performance marketing strategies that match client goals, budget, and deadlines.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  • Oversee the complete execution of performance marketing campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Consistently monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and apply optimization approaches to enhance ROI and meet client objectives.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Apply A/B testing and other CRO methods to elevate landing page performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to craft compelling landing pages and ad creatives that drive conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Employ analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to monitor campaign performance and produce insightful reports.
  • Offer clients regular updates on performance along with actionable insights, emphasizing crucial metrics, trends, and areas for enhancement.

Budget Management:

  • Effectively handle client budgets by allocating resources to campaigns with the highest ROI potential.
  • Vigorously monitor spending and ROI, making necessary adjustments to optimize budget distribution for maximum results.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Spot new opportunities and innovative strategies to elevate campaign performance and outpace the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is beneficial.
  • At least 7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication and client management capabilities, with the knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Display a results-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes and surpassing client expectations.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are advantageous.
