Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the healthcare organization. This includes managing marketing campaigns, creating content, and overseeing the marketing budget to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and growth in services offered.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
