-Lead market research efforts to assess demand, competition, and regulatory landscape in target markets..
-Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives.
-Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the microfinance business segment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
-Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize profitability.
-Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging digital channels, community outreach programs, and customer-centric approaches.
-Work closely with the Business Excellence team, product, Collections and IT to identify solutions and provide a smoother experience to SP
-Identifying prospects of cross-sale opportunities with partners and create scale up plan for the same
-Portfolio management of the existing book in coordination with field team. Control stress portfolio within expectations
-Develop collaborative client engagement by building relationships at the CXO level
-Increasing productivity of the SP resources through organizing training programs/ campaign management
-Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, preparing regular reports and insights for senior management.
