  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a Graduate/MBA degree.
  • Good communication skill and presentable look.
  • 2 to 4 years of customer Support and relationship roles.
  • Should develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
  • Should create sales strategies to generate new revenue.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer concerns.
  • Work with various internal teams to ensure client deliverable are addressed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
