Job Overview digiCloud Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce environments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and bridging the gap between technology and business using Salesforce solutions. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Salesforce platform, with "Requirements Gathering,, Business Analysis" as mandatory skills that are essential for this role. Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences. Strong ability to craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and outcomes. Experience in stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with various teams and departments for optimal solutions. Demonstrated skill in process mapping to visualize workflows for identifying areas of improvement and efficiencies. Competence in designing efficient workflow processes, aligned to meet business requirements and enhance productivity. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly express ideas and expectations across different levels of the organization. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives related to Salesforce. Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals. Guide the design and development of Salesforce solutions that cater to business requirements effectively and efficiently. Create detailed system documentation, user manuals, and workflows to facilitate smooth user adoption and system functionality. Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss project statuses, risks, and issues. Ensure Quality Assurance processes and validation of Salesforce implementations meet user requirements and performance standards. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they leverage Salesforce capabilities to the fullest. Participate in project planning sessions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
