They provide a variety of services, including consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services.Job Title : Salesforce Business : : 6+ Type : Contract to hireWork Mode : Period : Immediate joinersJob Description : Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to CRM and DMS processes.- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.- Configure and customize Salesforce features to support business workflows.- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-deployment support.- Maintain documentation for functional processes and system configurations.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM Skills Qualifications : - 5 - 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA) or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.- Proven experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related automotive or retail processes.- Ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst) are a Qualifications :- Exposure to integration tools and middleware connecting Salesforce with DMS platforms.- Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools within Salesforce.
