Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager – Employee Transportation to drive enterprise client acquisition and MNC partnerships in Chennai. The role will focus on winning long-term ETS contracts, managing key accounts, and positioning Sparrow Mobility as the preferred partner for corporate mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire MNC and enterprise clients for employee transportation services.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Facility Management decision-makers.
- Develop tailored ETS solutions (shuttles, fleet leasing, corporate mobility programs).
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue targets through corporate partnerships and long-term contracts.
- Track competitor offerings and market trends to refine sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of corporate/enterprise sales experience in ETS, mobility, logistics, or B2B services.
- Strong existing network with MNCs and large corporates in Chennai.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
