Job Description:
As the Amazon Account Manager with a strong background in the Amazon ecosystem and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing to join our team. As the Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing on a holistic Amazon strategy, including advertising campaigns that drive traffic and revenue growth for one of our consumer brands. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign data and providing insights and recommendations to improve overall company growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and optimize all Amazon Pay-Per-Click advertising programs including campaign and bid management and spend allocation for US-based businesses: coordinate sponsored product ads, sponsored brand ads, and sponsored display ads. Sample tasks include:- Define campaign budgets and bidding strategies: monitor & adjust budgets to ensure efficient spending- Conduct keyword research and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.- Conduct A/B tests to estimate the effectiveness of different keywords, ad creatives, and strategies- Implement changes to increase traffic and improve click-through-rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance- Select target audiences and placements for ads: refine targeting to reach the most relevant customers- Work to reduce ACOS and drive down CAC- Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our Amazon marketing strategy.- Manage ad campaigns in line with product inventory availability- Create and maintain advertising strategies to drive growth for our brand through the Amazon ecosystem.- Use data analysis to measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.-
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on ACOS, ROAS, campaign effectiveness and overall advertising and product-specific profitability: create presentations to share performance updates and other initiatives with the broader Varma Capital team.-
Design advertising campaigns and strategies for new product launches.-
Run e-commerce programs across Amazon including listing and product page management for existing products.-
Participate in strategic projects related to Amazon initiatives as needed.-
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.-
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute cross-functional marketing initiatives that support our overall business goals.-
Regularly review and update product listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.-
Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate by utilizing relevant keywords, images, and product descriptions.-
Investigate and resolve any performance or policy violations, including issues with product listings, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.-
Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon-related inquiries, escalations, and issues.-
Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to address and resolve any account-related issues or disputes
Key Requirements :

2+ years of experience leading Amazon Pay-Per-Click marketing strategies including campaign and bid management and corresponding e-commerce operations (experience with Campaign Manager, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads required).-
Prior experience developing and executing performance marketing strategies to align with company objectives; assist team in allocating marketing spend to initiatives with highest return on investment.-
Mastery of the Amazon e-commerce platform and its unique marketing requirements, including relevant metrics and indicators of success. Experience with marketing FMCG or supplements products a plus.-
Ability to create and set goals related to Amazon marketing and track relevant performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.-
Skill and experience in data analytics and creating effective presentations.-
Organizational and project management skills, ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously.-
Strong communication skills with attention to detail.-
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization, and in particular support leadership with their marketing goals-
Leading without authority, self starter and independent.-
Experience with US-based Amazon businesses a plus.-
Interest in FMCG or wellness space preferred.
