Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through the sale of IT products and services. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in IT sales management, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achievetargets.

Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the IT sector.Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of IT sales professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and positioning our IT solutions effectively.Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market segments to drive growth.Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Market Analysis : Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
