Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a National Sales Head-Government and Infra at Tranquil Global. As the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for business planning, team management, Government sales, and overall sales and marketing strategies across the Nation. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi,.1.

Creating & Executing Strategy of Sales, BD, Marketing & Operations nationally to Achieve Top line & Bottom-Line objective as per monthly / Quarterly / Annual plan.2.

Achievement of Topline & Bottomline Objectives as per plan Monthly / Quarterly / Annually3.

Creating and maintaining Channel network in zones as per plan.

QualificationsBusiness Planning and Team Management skillsStrong connections with Government departmentsStrong sales skills with a proven track recordExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and motivate a sales teamExcellent problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of the building materials industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
