National Sales Head

 

The National Sales Head is a key position in the company’s strategy for building its sales pipeline. You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth while contributing to positive environmental and social impact. You will be in charge of building and running a high-performance sales team to effectively achieve business objectives. You will ensure that the sales goals of the company are met all across the country. Ultimately, you’ll help the company meet and exceed business expectations and be a key contributor to the company’s growth. This position requires extensive networking, and in-person presentation and management skills. Preference for the candidate from Tourism & Travel industry with a proven track record in Sales, leadership and management skills, along with a strong ability in strategy.

 


Responsibilities:


·      As a Sales Head, you are responsible to leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of our business

·      This role involves developing, implementing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the team's adherence to sustainable practices and maximize business opportunities from PAN India

·      You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, Product team by providing valuable insights to enhance promotional efforts and improve product positioning.

·      Additionally, the Head of Sales will play a key role in identifying and establishing sustainable partnerships, contributing to the company’s growth

·      Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance the competitiveness of our products.

·      The Job required travelling across India frequently.



Education, Qualifications & Experiences:


·      Master's degree or equivalent in business, Marketing, or a related field of Tourism and Travel

·      Proven track record of improving sales with experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the tourism industry.

·      You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation skills and highly sophisticated communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English is essential and any other South Indian language skills beside will be an asset.

 


Knowledge & Competencies:

·      You are having a track record in exceeding targets with the ability to identify, implement and execute sales strategies and account plans while possessing following additional competencies

·      Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and industry trends

·      The ideal candidate will have a guest and service-oriented attitude, backed up by a proactive approach and a strong ability to drive Sales.

·      In your daily business you show flexibility, display a high level of integrity and professionalism to both colleagues and clients.

·      Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of CRM tools.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

·      Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

·      Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting
