Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Sec 51 Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Salary: 15k Per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for driving measurable results. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance-based campaigns across various platforms to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Campaign Strategy and Execution
:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ad creatives and messaging aligned with campaign objectives.

2.Data Analysis and Reporting
:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).
  • Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness.

3.Optimization
:

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to drive conversions and lower acquisition costs.

4.Budget Management
:

  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns.
  • Track and report spending to ensure it aligns with business objectives.

5.Market Research
:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in performance marketing.

6.Collaboration
:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, product, and analytics.
  • Liaise with external vendors or agencies as needed.
