Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong grasp of digital advertising strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive client objectives.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign setup to maximise ROI.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics daily and optimise based on insights gathered.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance metrics.

  • Prepare performance reports and communicate results to clients regularly.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.

  • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
