Position Overview:

As our Performance Marketer, your mission is to drive client success through strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, & LinkedIn.
  • Create, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROAS & ROI for clients
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to create campaign strategies & conversion funnels(TOFU, MOFU & BOFU).
  • Report on major metrics like ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM etc
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging advertising platforms to keep clients ahead of the competition.
  • Role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Expert level course/certification in Performance Marketing
  • 2-3 years experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns specially for D2C brands.
  • Experience of managing at-least INR 5 lk per month in paid advertising budgets.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
