We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Expert with strong call-handling skills to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive, and skilled in identifying and qualifying leads across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in lead generation or telecalling (1–2 years preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls professionally.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Qualifications:

Experience in B2B/B2C sales or IT services (like software or digital marketing).

Knowledge of basic sales funnel and marketing tools.

Prior experience in a lead generation agency or call center is a plus.
