Client is evaluating there U.S.based programsto ensure compliance of new and existing regulations. The role ofthe (Organizational/ Adoption) Change Management Specialist is towork with our project team to support the evaluation process ofprograms and as needed drive change management efforts to engagesupport and train program staff to make any changes required tomaintain compliance. Additionally we will establish updatedprocesses and procedures for functional areas to evaluate and setup any new programs to be in compliance. This role will gatherprocess information consider change impacts develop trainingmaterials and train current corporate staff.
Candidates for this position must bedetailoriented processdriven organized and strong professionalstyle readers and writers. Experience with military legal and/orcompliancerelated projects preferred. This position is entirely virtual butmeetings and work primarily takes place between 9 AM and 5 PM ET.Primary tools used are Microsoft products including Word OutlookSharePoint Excel PowerPoint and Teams. A laptop will be provided tocomplete this work. Essential Knowledge Skills andResponsibilities:
Change ManagementKnowledge: Adhere to change management frameworksprocesses procedures and templates within initiatives ensuringcompliance with Change Management methodologies standards and bestpractices.
Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage impacted stakeholders includingfunctional area team members program contacts functional leads andsubject matter experts. Analyze stakeholder groups for impactsbenefits and risks of change. Establish effective communicationchannels manage stakeholder expectations build strong relationshipswith stakeholders and engage stakeholders in twowaycommunication.
CommunicationsManagement: Provide and facilitate excellentprofessionally written verbal and written communications for avariety of audiences. Provide or support presentations tosmalltomedium size audiences. Enable the design developmentdelivery and management of key communications and gather andmaintain lists of communications recipients.
Training Management: Support and establishtraining efforts for the change initiative by providing traininginsight and options to project leads documenting requirements and
designing and delivering a training program forfunctional corporate staff and for program staff based oninformation provided by subject matter experts.
Risk and Issue Management: Partner with projectmanagers sponsors and stakeholders to evaluate risk change impactand change readiness. Identify assess and mitigate peoplerelatedrisks and issues throughout the project life cycle. Develop riskmitigation strategies to overcome challenges reduce resistance andincrease adoption.
Project Planning andExecution: Can independently plan and track the executionof change related activities including setting objectives creatinga schedule managing timelines lists scheduled tasks followup anddeliverables.
