Description:
Travel Requirements: 2550% domestictravel possible
Previous experience with UKG Pro WorkforceManagement implementations Timekeeping Accruals and Attendancemodules.

Scope of Position:
EndtoEnd ProjectManagement for Workforce Central migration to Pro WorkforceManagement: Take ownership of endtoend project management formigration. This includes chartering resource planning budgetingSponsor and Executive Committee review planning executionstakeholder engagement and project closure.
Engagingwith Finance/HR Leadership in a multinational/multiculturalenvironment to gain stakeholder alignment and present ProjectStatus Findings and Results.

Day toDay Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with Payroll/HR stakeholders to gather requirements andcommunicate project status.
Efficient ProjectManagement: Implement streamlined processes for prioritizing workand allocating resources to effectively deliverprojects.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensiveproject charters plans resource plans and cost estimates to guideproject execution.
Resource Management: Manage projectresources effectively to ensure the timely achievement of projectdeliverables.
Financial Oversight: Review projectspending identify variances and take proactive measures.
Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular project updates to the SponsorSteerage and Project Management Offices (PMOs).
RiskManagement: Document and manage risks throughout the projectlifecycle ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
IssueEscalation: Escalate issues as needed to facilitate timely andeffective resolution.
Documentation and Tracking:Document project activities scope changes and lessonslearned.
Project Delivery Oversight: Ensure projectsmeet timelines budgets and deliverables.
LeadershipRole: May be assigned to lead either multimilliondollar projects ormultiple smaller scope projects based on the project portfolio andbusiness requirements.

RequiredEducation and Experience:
Bachelors degreerequired. MBA or equivalent.
Previous experience inPayroll/HR work including work in Shared ServicesCenters.
Previous experience with UKG Pro WorkforceManagement implementations Timekeeping Accruals and Attendancemodules.
Staffed and responsible for a work stream oftasks/deliverables on a complex systems implementation; projectmanagement work experiences.
Strong background workingwith multiple groups and crossfunctional teams.
