PROGRAMMANAGEMENT/ DRIVING SOLUTIONS

Leadership Balance multiple large complex timelimited projects

Hold People Accountable Developand manage disciplined work plans and engagement to hold team andmatrix partners accountable for delivery

Methodology Apply appropriate tools and processes tomanage large scale Agile program

Facilitationlead idea sessions around problem resolution to address technologyand business needs

RISK & DEPENDENCYMANAGEMENT

Identification Clearly quantify / qualify dependencies andrisks and engage with impact partners to prioritize related to costtiming and features

Mitigation Eliminatebarriers to success or develop alternate solutions to minimize oreliminate

Communication Early/Frequentcommunication with leadership and key partners of risk anddependencies levels and progress

LEAN PORTFOLIO MANGEMENT SUPPORT

Support leanagile operations to ensure program is running optimally

COMMUNICATION

Sponsorship / Senior Level Concise effectivecommunication around progress dependencies risks timing anddecisions needed at the senior level

ART/TeamActivities to identify sequencing and potential collisionissues

Organizational Clear effectivecommunication to matrix partners on timing / impact ofimplementations on their departments

Skills:

Minimum ofseven (7) years of Project Management / Program Delivery orapplicable experience required

Minimum of five(5) yearsexperience in Healthcare required and working in alargescale Agile program

Experience coordinatinginternal and vendor resources for flawless execution of largescalefastpaced program

Solid written and verbalcommunication skills is a must; ability to present complex ideas tocrossfunctional audiences business implications/priorities totechnical teams and can bring project challenges to managementsattention effectively

Proficiency in agile mgmt.tools (Jira Pathfinder Microsoft suite)

Requiredcompetencies are customer centric critical thinker analyticalability to deal with ambiguity growth mindset and technical savvyin a highpaced startup environment

Certifications & Licenses:PMP

Proficiency in agile mgmt. tools(Jira Pathfinder Microsoftsuite)
