Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience in organizational development, training, and development, essential for the strategic alignment and growth of manufacturing operations (Mandatory skill). Expertise in career planning and succession management to ensure a robust talent pipeline and leadership readiness (Mandatory skill). Proven ability in organizational leadership, required for guiding and influencing senior management on strategic HR initiatives. Competency-based development skills to foster a workforce capable of meeting current and future operational challenges. Deep understanding of employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work culture that enhances productivity and satisfaction. Experience in performance management to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across the organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote organizational success. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies that improve efficiency and drive business growth. Develop and execute training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance. Drive career planning and succession management processes to develop a pipeline of future leaders within the organization. Collaborate with senior management to influence and align HR strategies with business goals and objectives. Promote a culture of continuous performance improvement through the implementation of effective performance management processes. Enhance employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational climate and improve employee retention. Monitor industry trends to ensure that HR practices are aligned with modern development needs and market dynamics. Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of professional growth and development.
