Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding client requirements, developing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.Identify opportunities to expand services within the current client base.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.Develop and execute strategic plans to target and secure new clients.Sales and Proposal Development:Understand client requirements and translate them into effective business proposals.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client needs and company capabilities.Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve business growth targets.Collaboration and Project Delivery:Work closely with internal teams, including technical, project management, and support teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Provide clear and accurate client requirements to internal teams to facilitate project planning and execution.Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and business development initiatives.Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics.Continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and expertise in

Information Technology

and

Business Processes.Proven experience in product management and business requirements gathering.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications in

IT Project Management

or

Business Development

are preferred.
